FAQs

• How many tickets can I request? The maximum ticket limit is 4 tickets per person unless specified. Tickets are non-transferable.
• What to wear? DRESS TO IMPRESS! You may appear on camera. We are a fashion forward show! We prefer bright colors and for the show audience family to look trendy and fashionable or with upscale casual attire. Those dressed too casually may not be positioned in direct camera seats. Audience placement subject to producers. Men should wear nice pants with a button-down shirt, sweater or blazer. Feel free to bring a jacket, as studio temperatures and/or outside wait time may vary.
• What not to wear? WHAT NOT TO WEAR:
  
  Due to studio lighting, please refrain from wearing bright sequined attire, shiny crystal tiaras or items that may not reflect well under bright lights. We ask that you also refrain from wearing all white or black. Absolutely NO costume-like or athletic attire, hats, sunglasses, shorts or t-shirts/tops with brand names/logos or images will be permitted.
• Guests with disabilities and medical conditions affected by lighting effects and loud music Sherri takes pride in serving all of our guests and is committed to making tapings accessible to guests with disabilities. Accessible seating (including companion seating) and other accommodations are provided at all tapings. The availability of accessible seating cannot be assured if the number of audience members requiring accessible seating at a taping exceeds the allotted number of accessible seats. If you or anyone in your party requires an accommodation to attend the show because of a disability, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your ticket confirmation by e-mail at ADAtickets@sherrishow.net with the accommodation request. A representative from Sherri will get back to you accordingly. (Three weeks-notice is appreciated and please note that we may not be able to timely fulfill certain requests with less than 10 business days notice).
  
  WARNING: Our show uses lighting effects, strobes, and loud music. Do not attend the show if you have any health conditions or pre-existing conditions, injuries or if you are still recovering from any illness or medical condition, treatment or procedure that may be affected by any of these.
